One to one sessions

One-to-one Art Therapy involves working with an individual and usually takes place once a week at the same time with the same Art Therapist in the same place. You will be invited to use the art materials and together explore what is going on in your life. You do not have to be good at art.

Group therapy sessions

Group therapy is a form of therapy in which a number of people meet under the guidance of an Art Therapist to help themselves and one another. There are many benefits of group therapy including camaraderie and experiencing different perspectives.

Online therapy sessions

Art Therapy sessions can be offered online for people who are unable to attend in person for a number of reasons. This has become more popular since the pandemic. Online group sessions have been particularly helpful as an aid to isolation and coming together of people who have shared experiences.

Workshops

We offer bespoke workshops on request. The aim is to educate people as to the benefits of Art Therapy. Our most recent workshops have been for a women’s health and wellbeing group and an online destress with Art Therapy. Before the pandemic we facilitated a number of workshops for the Freud Museum and Arts in Health Creativity and Wellbeing week.

Exhibitions

Pre the pandemic we had a number of Art Therapy exhibitions in various establishments. Our Art & Healing rolling exhibition took place in venues including UCLH and the Tavistock and Portman Hospital.

Supervision

We work closely with Universities offering supervision to students on placement while studying the Art Therapy Masters course. We also provide clinical supervision for qualified Art Therapists.
